This will depend on the availability of vacancies at the relevant ministry / independent department. Government Ministries, Independent Government Departments and Parastatals will select relevant candidates directly from the database based on their qualifications and experience.
Private sector employers registered on the database will select qualifying candidates directly from the database to fulfill their manpower requirements based on their respective recruitment policies.
The LMO Jobseeker platform does not facilitate placement for employment. In Government this remains the function of Ministries, Independent Departments and Parastatals. The LMO platform therefore only creates an opportunity for jobseekers and employers to meet
